“SUN“
Revelation 16:8-9

29 And you will sing as on the night you celebrate a holy festival; your hearts will rejoice as when people go up with flutes to the mountain of the LORD, to the Rock of Israel. 30 The LORD will cause men to hear his majestic voice and will make them see his arm coming down with RAGING ANGER and CONSUMING FIRE, with cloudburst, thunderstorm, and hail.

The sun stopped in the middle of the sky and delayed going down about a full day. 14 There has never been a day like it before or since, a day when the LORD listened to a man. Surely the LORD was fighting for Israel! 15 Then Joshua returned with all of Israel to the camp at Gilgal.

1st Bowl of Wrath – “Painful Sores”
In the 1st Bowl of Wrath at Revelation 16:2, God sends “ugly, painful festering sores“ to all “the people who had the mark of the beast & worshiped it’s image” (NIV).

NLT = “horrible, malignant sores”
