Revelation 19 – Armageddon & the Great Supper of God!

Armageddon is a War between Christ’s Heavenly Army versus Earth’s Combined Militaries described at Revelation 19: 11-21! Armageddon occurs in the 6th Bowl of Wrath at Revelation 16:12-16.

The timing of the Battle of Armageddon occurs specifically during God’s 6th Bowl of Wrath at Revelation 16:12-16!

6th Bowl of Wrath
➥ Revelation 16:12-16
12 The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up, to prepare the way for the kings from the east.
13 And I saw, coming out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits like frogs.

14 For they are demonic spirits, performing signs, who go abroad to the kings of the whole world, to assemble them for battle on the great day of God the Almighty.
15 (“Behold, I am coming like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake, keeping his garments on, that he may not go about naked and be seen exposed!”)
16 And they assembled them at the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.

➥ Revelation 19:11-21
11 Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse! The one sitting on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he judges and makes war. 12 His eyes are like a flame of fire, and on his head are many diadems, and he has a name written that no one knows but himself. 13 He is clothed in a robe dipped in blood, and the name by which he is called is The Word of God. 14 And the armies of heaven, arrayed in fine linen, white and pure, were following him on white horses.

15 From his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron. He will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. 16 On his robe and on his thigh he has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords. 17 Then I saw an angel standing in the sun, and with a loud voice he called to all the birds that fly directly overhead, “Come, gather for the great supper of God,

18 to eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all men, both free and slave, both small and great.” 19 And I saw the beast and the kings of the earth with their armies gathered to make war against him who was sitting on the horse and against his army.

20 And the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet who in its presence had done the signs by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped its image. These two were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with sulfur. 21 And the rest were slain by the sword that came from the mouth of him who was sitting on the horse, and all the birds were gorged with their flesh.

4 For the LORD takes pleasure in his people; he adorns the humble with salvation.

5 Let the godly exult in glory; let them sing for joy on their beds.
6 Let the high praises of God be in their throats and two-edged swords in their hands,
7 to execute vengeance on the nations and punishments on the peoples,
8 to bind their kings with chains and their nobles with fetters of iron,
9 to execute on them the judgment written! This is honor for all his godly ones. Praise the LORD!

19 And I saw the beast and the kings of the earth with their armies gathered to make war against him who was sitting on the horse and against his army. 20 And the beast was captured and with it the false prophet who in its presence had done the signs by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped its image.

12 And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have not yet received royal power, but they are to receive authority as kings for one hour, together with the beast. 13 These are of one mind, and they hand over their power and authority to the beast. 14 They will make war on the Lamb, and the Lamb will conquer them, for he is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those with him are called and chosen and faithful.”

Psalms 2:9 is Quoted in Revelation 3 Times!
Must be something Important in Psalms 2 that God wants His servants to understand!

➥ Psalms 2:8-9
8 Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession. 9 YOU SHALL BREAK THEM WITH A ROD OF IRON AND DASH THEM IN PIECES LIKE A POTTER’S VESSEL.”

Here are the 3 places in Revelation quoting Psalms 2:9
Revelation 2:2712:5 & 19:15

1) Revelation 2:26-27 (ESV)
Christ’s Letter to Thyatira
26 The one who conquers and who keeps my works until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations, 27 and HE WILL RULE THEM WITH A ROD OF IRON, as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, even as I myself have received authority from my Father.

2) Revelation 12:5 (ESV)
Birth of God’s Kingdom!
5 She gave birth to a male child, one WHO IS TO RULE ALL THE NATIONS WITH A ROD OF IRON, but her child was caught up to God and to his throne,

3) Revelation 19:15
Armageddon, 6th Bowl of Wrath
15 From his mouth comes to a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and HE WILL RULE THEM WITH A ROD OF IRON. He will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty.
———————–

Ultimately Psalms 2 describes the appointed time at Armageddon in the 6th Bowl of Wrath when YHWH tells His Son to forcefully reclaim “the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession” from the current satanic kings ruling the earth. It appears that Christ shares His “authority” with the overcomers in Revelation 2:26-27.
➥ Revelation 2:26-27 (ESV)

26 The one who conquers and who keeps my works until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations, 27 and he will rule them with a rod of iron, as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, even as I myself have received authority from my Father.

Psalms 2

1 Why do the nations rage and the people’s plot in vain? 2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD and against his Anointed, saying, 3 “Let us burst their bonds apart and cast away their cords from us.” 4 He who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord holds them in derision. 5 Then he will speak to them in his wrath, and terrify them in his fury, saying, 6 “As for me, I have set my King on Zion, my holy hill.”

7 I will tell of the decree: The LORD said to me, “You are my Son; today I have begotten you. 8 Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession. 9 You shall break them with a rod of iron and dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.” 10 Now therefore, O kings, be wise; be warned, O rulers of the earth. 11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. 12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and you perish in the way, for his wrath is quickly kindled. Blessed are all who take refuge in Him.

Revelation 14:14-20

14 Then I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and seated on the cloud one like a son of man, with a golden crown on his head, and a sharp sickle in his hand.
15 And another angel came out of the temple, calling with a loud voice to him who sat on the cloud, “Put in your sickle, and reap, for the hour to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is fully ripe.”
16 So he who sat on the cloud swung his sickle across the earth, and the earth was reaped.
17 Then another angel came out of the temple in heaven, and he too had a sharp sickle.

18 And another angel came out from the altar, the angel who has authority over the fire, and he called with a loud voice to the one who had the sharp sickle, “Put in your sickle and gather the clusters from the vine of the earth, for its grapes are ripe.”
19 So the angel swung his sickle across the earth and gathered the grape harvest of the earth and threw it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.
20 And the winepress was trodden outside the city, and blood flowed from the winepress, as high as a horse’s bridle, for 1,600 stadia.

12 Chapters in the Bible that describe Armageddon!

Joel 3
3 “IN THOSE DAYS and AT THAT TIME, when I RESTORE THE FORTUNES OF JUDAH and Jerusalem,
2 I will GATHER ALL NATIONS and bring them down to the VALLEY OF JEHOSHAPHAT. There I will put them on TRIAL for WHAT THEY DID TO MY INHERITANCE, MY PEOPLE ISRAEL because they SCATTERED MY PEOPLE AMONG THE NATIONS and DIVIDED UP MY LAND. 3 They CAST LOTS for MY PEOPLE and TRADED BOYS FOR PROSTITUTES; they SOLD GIRLS FOR WINE TO DRINK.

4 “Now what have you against me, Tyre and Sidon and all you regions of Philistia? Are you repaying me for something I have done? If you are paying me back, I will swiftly and speedily return on your own heads what you have done. 5 For you took my silver and my gold and carried off my finest treasures to your temples. 6 You sold the people of Judah and Jerusalem to the Greeks, that you might send them far from their homeland.

7 “See, I am going to rouse them out of the places to which you sold them, and I will return on your own heads what you have done. 8 I will sell your sons and daughters to the people of Judah, and they will sell them to the Sabeans, a nation far away.” The Lord has spoken.
9 PROCLAIM THIS AMONG THE NATIONS:
PREPARE FOR WAR!
Rouse the Warriors! Let all the fighting men draw near and attack. 10 Beat your plowshares into swords
and your pruning hooks into spears. Let the weakling say, “I am strong!”

11 Come quickly, ALL YOU NATIONS from every side, and ASSEMBLE THERE. Bring down your warriors, Lord!
12 “LET THE NATIONS BE ROUSED;
LET THEM ADVANCE INTO THE VALLEY OF JEHOSHAPHAT,
for there I WILL SIT TO JUDGE ALL THE NATIONS ON EVERY SIDE.
13 SWING THE SICKLE, for the HARVEST, IS RIPE.
Come, TRAMPLE THE GRAPES, for the WINEPRESS IS FULL and the VATS OVERFLOW— so great is their wickedness!” 14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision!
For the DAY OF THE LORD is near in the valley of decision.

15 The SUN and MOON will be DARKENED, and the STARS NO LONGER SHINE. 16 The LORD will ROAR from ZION and THUNDER from JERUSALEM; the earth and the heavens will TREMBLE.
But the Lord will be a REFUGE FOR HIS PEOPLE, a STRONGHOLD for the people of Israel. BLESSINGS for God’s People 17 “Then you will know that I, the Lord your God, dwell in ZION, my HOLY HILL. JERUSALEM WILL BE HOLY; never again will foreigners invade her.

18 “In that day the MOUNTAINS will drip NEW WINE, and the HILLS will FLOW WITH MILK; all the RAVINES of Judah will run with WATER. A FOUNTAIN will FLOW out of the LORD’S HOUSE and will water the valley of acacias.
19 But EGYPT will be DESOLATE, EDOM a DESERT WASTE, because of VIOLENCE done to the people of Judah, in whose land they SHED INNOCENT BLOOD. 20 Judah will be inhabited forever and Jerusalem through all generations.
21 SHALL I LEAVE THEIR INNOCENT BLOOD UNAVENGED?
NO, I WILL NOT.”
THE LORD DWELLS IN ZION!

Habakkuk 3

2  …In WRATH remember mercy.
3 God came from Teman, The Holy One from Mount Paran. Selah
HIS GLORY COVERED THE HEAVENS, And the EARTH was FULL OF HIS PRAISE. 4 His BRIGHTNESS was like the LIGHT; He had RAYS FLASHING from His HAND, And there HIS POWER was hidden.
5 BEFORE he went PESTILENCE (Seal 4), And FEVER followed at His FEET. 6 He STOOD and MEASURED THE EARTH; He LOOKED and STARTLED THE NATIONS. And the everlasting MOUNTAINS were scattered (Seal 6 & Bowl 7) The perpetual HILLS BOWED.

His ways are everlasting. 7 I saw the tents of Cushan in affliction; The curtains of the land of Midian trembled. 8 O Lord, were You displeased with the RIVERS (Trumpet 3 & Bowl 3), Was Your ANGER against the RIVERS (Trumpet 3 & Bowl 3), Was Your WRATH against the SEA (Trumpet 2 & Bowl 2), That You RODE on Your HORSES (Seal 1 & Bowl 6) Your CHARIOTS OF SALVATION? 9 Your BOW was made quite READY (Seal 1); OATHS were SWORN over YOUR ARROWS (Seal 1). Selah
You DIVIDED the EARTH with RIVERS.

10 The MOUNTAINS saw You and TREMBLED (Seal 6 & Bowl 7); The overflowing of the water passed by. The DEEP uttered its VOICE And lifted its hands on high. 11 The SUN and MOON STOOD STILL in their habitation (Seal 6 & Trumpet 4 & Bowl 4); At the LIGHT OF YOUR ARROWS, they went,
At the SHINING of Your GLITTERING SPEAR.
12 You marched through the land in INDIGNATION;
You TRAMPLED THE NATIONS in ANGER. (Bowl 6)
13 You went forth for the salvation of Your people, For SALVATION with Your ANOINTED. You struck the head from the house of the wicked, By laying bare from foundation to neck. Selah

14 You thrust through with HIS OWN ARROWS The head of his villages. They came out like a whirlwind to scatter me; Their rejoicing was like feasting on the poor in secret. 15 You walked through the sea with Your horses, Through the heap of great waters.

16 When I HEARD, my BODY TREMBLED; My LIPS QUIVERED at the VOICE; ROTTENNESS ENTERED MY BONES; And I trembled in myself, That I might rest in THE DAY OF TROUBLE. When he comes up to the people, He will invade them with his troops. 17 Though the FIG TREE may NOT BLOSSOM, NOR FRUIT be on the VINES (Trumpet 1, Seal 3, 4 & 7 Bowls);

Though the LABOR of the OLIVE may FAIL, And the FIELDS YIELD NO FOOD (Trumpet 1, Seal 3, 4 & 7 Bowls); Though the FLOCK may be CUT OFF from the fold, And there be NO HERD in the STALLS— 18 YET I WILL REJOICE IN THE LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation. 19 The Lord God is my strength; He will make my feet like deer’s feet, And He will make me walk on my high hills.

Isaiah 34
Come near, you NATIONS, and LISTEN;
PAY ATTENTION, YOU PEOPLE!
Let The Earth Hear and ALL THAT IS IN IT,
the WORLD, and ALL that COMES OUT OF IT!
2 THE LORD IS ANGRY WITH ALL NATIONS;
HIS WRATH IS ON ALL THEIR ARMIES.
He will TOTALLY DESTROY THEM,
he will give them over to SLAUGHTER.

3 Their SLAIN will be THROWN OUT,
their DEAD BODIES will STINK;
the MOUNTAINS will be SOAKED with their BLOOD.
4 All the STARS in the SKY will be DISSOLVED
and the HEAVENS ROLLED UP LIKE A SCROLL;
all the STARRY HOST WILL FALL
like withered leaves from the vine,
like shriveled figs from the fig tree.

5 My SWORD has DRUNK its fill in the heavens;
see, it descends in judgment on Edom,
the people I have TOTALLY DESTROYED.
6 The SWORD OF THE LORD is BATHED IN BLOOD,
it is covered with fat—
the blood of lambs and goats,
fat from the kidneys of rams.
For the Lord has a SACRIFICE IN BOZRAH
and a GREAT SLAUGHTER in the land of Edom.
7 And the wild oxen will fall with them,
the bull calves and the great bulls.
Their LAND will be DRENCHED WITH BLOOD,
and the dust will be soaked with fat.
8 For the LORD has a DAY OF VENGEANCE,
A YEAR OF RETRIBUTION, to UPHOLD ZION’S CAUSE.

9 Edom’s streams will be turned into pitch,
her dust into BURNING SULFUR;
her land will become BLAZING PITCH!
10 It will not be quenched night or day;
Its SMOKE and will RISE FOREVER.
From generation to generation it will lie DESOLATE;
no one will ever pass through it again.
11 The DESERT OWL and SCREECH OWL will possess it;
the GREAT OWL and the RAVEN will nest there.
God will stretch out over Edom
the MEASURING LINE OF CHAOS
and the PLUMB LINE OF DESOLATION.
12 Her nobles will have nothing there to be called a kingdom,
all her princes will VANISH away.

13 THORNS will overrun her citadels,
NETTLES and BRAMBLES her strongholds.
She will become a HAUNT FOR JACKALS,
a home for OWLS.
14 DESERT CREATURES will meet with hyenas,
and WILD GOATS will bleat at each other;
there the NIGHT CREATURES will also lie down
and find for themselves places of rest.
15 The OWL will nest there and lay eggs,
she will hatch them, and care for her young
under the shadow of her wings;

there also the FALCONS will gather,
each with its mate.
16 LOOK IN THE SCROLL OF THE LORD AND READ:
None of these will be missing,
and not one will lack her mate.
For it is his mouth that has given the order,
and HIS SPIRIT will GATHER THEM TOGETHER.
17 He allots their portions;
his hand distributes them by measure.
They will possess it forever
and dwell there from generation to generation.

Psalm 2
1 Why do the NATIONS CONSPIRE
and the people’s plot in vain?
2 The kings of the earth rise up
and the rulers band together
against the Lord and against his anointed, saying,
3 “Let us break their chains
and throw off their shackles.”
4 The One enthroned in heaven laughs;
the Lord scoffs at them.
5 He rebukes them in his anger
and terrifies them in his wrath, saying,
6 “I have installed my king
on Zion, my holy mountain.”
7 I will proclaim the Lord’s decree:
He said to me, “You are my son;
today I have become your father.

8 Ask me, and I will make the nations your inheritance,
the ends of the earth your possession.
9 You will break them with a rod of iron;
you will dash them to pieces like pottery.”
10 Therefore, you kings, be wise;
be warned, you rulers of the earth.
11 Serve the Lord with fear
and celebrate his rule with trembling.
12 Kiss his son, or he will be angry
and your way will lead to your destruction,
for his wrath can flare up in a moment.
Blessed are all who take refuge in Him.

Isaiah 30:27-32
27 See, the NAME OF THE LORD comes from afar,
with BURNING ANGER and DENSE CLOUDS OF SMOKE;
his LIPS are FULL OF WRATH,
and his TONGUE is a CONSUMING FIRE.
28 His BREATH is like a RUSHING TORRENT,
rising up to the neck.

HE SHAKES THE NATIONS in the sieve of DESTRUCTION;
he places in the jaws of the peoples
a bit that leads them astray.
29 And you will SING
as on the night, you CELEBRATE a HOLY FESTIVAL;
your HEARTS will REJOICE
as when people playing pipes go up
to the MOUNTAIN OF THE LORD,
to the rock of Israel.

30 The LORD will CAUSE PEOPLE to HEAR HIS MAJESTIC VOICE
and will make them SEE HIS ARM COMING DOWN
with RAGING ANGER and CONSUMING FIRE,
with CLOUDBURST, THUNDERSTORMS, and HAIL.
31 The VOICE OF THE LORD will SHATTER ASSYRIA;
with his ROD he will STRIKE them down.
32 Every stroke the Lord lays on them
with HIS PUNISHING CLUB
will be to the MUSIC OF TIMBRELS and HARPS,
as he FIGHTS THEM IN BATTLE WITH THE BLOWS OF HIS ARM.

Psalm 46
For the director of music. Of the Sons of Korah.
According to Alamoth. A song.
1 God is our refuge and strength,
an ever-present help in trouble.
2 Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way
and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
3 though its waters roar and foam
and the mountains quake with their surging.
4 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God,
the holy place where the Highest dwells.
5 God is within her, she will not fall;
God will help her during the break of the day.

6 Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall;
he lifts his voice, and the earth melts.
7 The Lord Almighty is with us;
the God of Jacob is our fortress.
8 Come and see what the Lord has done,
the desolations he has brought on the earth.
9 He makes wars cease
to the ends of the earth.
He breaks the bow and shatters the spear;
he burns the shields with fire.
10 He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.”
11 The Lord Almighty is with us;
the God of Jacob is our fortress.

Psalm 48
A song. A psalm of the Sons of Korah.
1 GREAT IS THE LORD, and MOST WORTHY OF PRAISE,
in the CITY OF OUR GOD, HIS HOLY MOUNTAIN.
2 BEAUTIFUL in its LOFTINESS,
the JOY of the WHOLE EARTH,
like the heights of Zaphon  is Mount Zion,
the CITY OF THE GREAT KING.
3 GOD IS IN HER CITADELS;

HE HAS SHOWN HIMSELF TO BE HER FORTRESS.
4 When the KINGS JOINED FORCES,
when they ADVANCED TOGETHER,
5 they saw her and were ASTOUNDED;
they FLED IN TERROR.
6 TREMBLING seized them there,
PAIN like that of a WOMAN IN LABOR.
7 You DESTROYED them like ships of Tarshish
SHATTERED by an east wind.

8 As we have heard, so we have seen
in THE CITY OF THE LORD ALMIGHTY, in the CITY OF OUR GOD:
GOD MAKES HER SECURE FOREVER.
9 WITHIN YOUR TEMPLE, O GOD,
we MEDITATE on YOUR UNFAILING LOVE.
10 Like YOUR NAME, YAHWEH, O GOD,
your PRAISE REACHES to the ENDS OF THE EARTH;
your right hand is filled with RIGHTEOUSNESS.

11 MOUNT ZION REJOICES,
the VILLAGES OF JUDAH are GLAD
because of your JUDGMENTS.
12 WALK ABOUT ZION, GO AROUND HER,
COUNT HER TOWERS,
13 CONSIDER WELL HER RAMPARTS,
VIEW HER CITADELS,
THAT YOU MAY TELL OF THEM
TO THE NEXT GENERATION.
14 FOR THIS GOD IS OUR GOD FOREVER AND EVER;
HE WILL BE OUR GUIDE EVEN TO THE END.

Exodus 15
The Song of Moses
15 Then Moses and the children of Israel sang this song to the Lord,
and spoke, saying:
“I will SING TO THE LORD,
For He has TRIUMPHED GLORIOUSLY!
The HORSE and its RIDER
He has THROWN INTO THE SEA!
2 The LORD is my STRENGTH and SONG,

And He has become my SALVATION;
He is my God, and I will praise Him;
My father’s God, and I will exalt Him.
3 The LORD is a MAN OF WAR;
YAHWEH is HIS NAME.
4 PHARAOH’S CHARIOTS and HIS ARMY HE HAS CAST INTO THE SEA;
His chosen captains also are drowned in the Red Sea.

5 The depths have covered them;
They sank to the bottom like a stone.
6 “Your right hand, O Lord, has become glorious in power;
Your right hand, O Lord, has DASHED THE ENEMY IN PIECES.
7 And in the greatness of Your excellence
You have OVERTHROWN THOSE WHO ROSE AGAINST YOU;
You sent forth YOUR WRATH;
It CONSUMED them like STUBBLE.

8 And with the BLAST OF YOUR NOSTRILS
The waters were gathered together;
The floods stood upright like a heap;
The depths congealed in the heart of the sea.
9 The enemy said, ‘I will pursue,
I will overtake,
I will divide the spoil;
My desire shall be satisfied by them.

I will draw my sword,
My hand shall destroy them.’
10 You BLEW with Your WIND,
The SEA COVERED THEM;
They SANK like LEAD in the mighty waters.
11 “WHO IS LIKE YOU, O LORD, AMONG THE GODS?
WHO IS LIKE YOU, GLORIOUS IN HOLINESS,
FEARFUL IN PRAISES, DOING WONDERS?
12 You stretched out your right hand;
The EARTH SWALLOWED THEM.
13 You in Your MERCY have led forth
The PEOPLE whom You have REDEEMED;
You have GUIDED THEM in Your strength
To YOUR HOLY HABITATION.
14 “The people will HEAR and be AFRAID;
SORROW will take hold of the inhabitants of Philistia.

15 Then the chiefs of Edom will be DISMAYED;
The mighty men of Moab,
TREMBLING will take hold of them;
All the inhabitants of Canaan will MELT AWAY.
16 FEAR and DREAD will fall on them;
By the GREATNESS OF YOUR ARM
They will be as still as a STONE,
TILL YOUR PEOPLE PASS OVER,
O LORD,
TILL THE PEOPLE PASS OVER
WHOM YOU HAVE PURCHASED.
17 You will BRING THEM in and PLANT THEM
In the MOUNTAIN OF YOUR INHERITANCE,
In the place, O Lord, which YOU HAVE MADE
For YOUR OWN DWELLING,
THE SANCTUARY, O Lord, which YOUR HANDS HAVE ESTABLISHED.

18 “THE LORD SHALL REIGN FOREVER AND EVER.”
19 For the horses of Pharaoh went with his chariots and his horsemen into the sea,
and the Lord brought back the waters of the sea upon them.
But the children of Israel went to dry land in the midst of the sea. The Song Of Miriam
20 Then Miriam the prophetess, the sister of Aaron,
took the TIMBREL in her hand;
and ALL the WOMEN went out after her with TIMBRELS and with DANCES.
21 And Miriam answered them:
“SING TO THE LORD,
For HE HAS TRIUMPHED GLORIOUSLY!
THE HORSE AND ITS RIDER
HE HAS BEEN THROWN INTO THE SEA!”

6 “I have cut off nations;
their battlements are in ruins;
I have laid waste to their streets
so that no one walks in them;
their cities have been made desolate,
without a man, without an inhabitant.
7 I said, ‘Surely you will fear me;
you will accept the correction.
Then your dwelling would not be cut off
according to all that I have appointed against you.’
But all the more they were eager
to make all their deeds corrupt.

8 “Therefore wait for me,” declares the Lord,
“for the day when I rise up to seize the prey.
For my decision is to gather nations,
to assemble kingdoms,
to pour out upon them my indignation,
all my burning anger;
for in the fire of my jealousy
all the earth shall be consumed.

The Conversion of the Nations
9 “For at that time I will change the speech of the peoples
to a pure speech,
that all of them may call upon the name of the Lord
and serve him with one accord.
10 From beyond the rivers of Cush
my worshipers, the daughter of my dispersed ones,
shall bring my offering.

11 “On that day you shall not be put to shame
because of the deeds by which you have rebelled against me;
for then I will remove from your midst
your proudly exultant ones,
and you shall no longer be haughty
in my holy mountain.
12 But I will leave in your midst
a people humble and lowly.
They shall seek refuge in the name of the Lord,
13 those who are left in Israel;
they shall do no injustice
and speak no lies,
nor shall there be found in their mouth
a deceitful tongue.
For they shall graze and lie down,
and none shall make them afraid.”

Israel’s Joy and Restoration
14 Sing aloud, O daughter of Zion;
shout, O Israel!
Rejoice and exult with all your heart,
O daughter of Jerusalem!
15 The Lord has taken away the judgments against you;
he has cleared away your enemies.
The King of Israel, the Lord, is in your midst;
you shall never again fear evil.
16 On that day it shall be said to Jerusalem:
“Fear not, O Zion;
let not your hands grow weak.
17 The Lord your God is in your midst,
a mighty one who will save;
he will rejoice over you with gladness;
he will quiet you with his love;
he will exult over you with loud singing.

18 I will gather those of you who mourn for the festival,
so that you will no longer suffer reproach.
19 Behold, at that time I will deal
with all your oppressors.
And I will save the lame
and gather the outcast,
and I will change their shame into praise
and renown in all the earth.
20 At that time I will bring you in,
at the time when I gather you together;
for I will make you renowned and praised
among all the peoples of the earth,
when I restore your fortunes
before your eyes,” says the Lord.

9 I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart;
I will recount all of your wonderful deeds.
2 I will be glad and exult in you;
I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.

3 When my enemies turn back,
they stumble and perish before your presence.
4 For you have maintained my just cause;
you have sat on the throne, giving righteous judgment.

5 You have rebuked the nations; you have made the wicked perish;
you have blotted out their name forever and ever.
6 The enemy came to an end in everlasting ruins;
their cities you rooted out;
the very memory of them has perished.

7 But the Lord sits enthroned forever;
he has established his throne for justice,
8 and he judges the world with righteousness;
he judges the people with uprightness.

9 The Lord is a stronghold for the oppressed,
a stronghold in times of trouble.
10 And those who know your name put their trust in you,
for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you.

11 Sing praises to the Lord, who sits enthroned in Zion!
Tell among the peoples his deeds!
12 For he who avenges blood is mindful of them;
he does not forget the cry of the afflicted.

13 Be gracious to me, O Lord!
See my affliction from those who hate me,
O you who lift me up from the gates of death,
14 that I may recount all your praises,
that in the gates of the daughter of Zion
I may rejoice in your salvation.

15 The nations have sunk in the pit that they made;
in the net that they hid, their own foot has been caught.
16 The Lord has made himself known; he has executed judgment;
the wicked are snared in the work of their own hands. Higgaion. Selah

17 The wicked shall return to Sheol,
all the nations that forget God.

18 For the needy shall not always be forgotten,
and the hope of the poor shall not perish forever.

19 Arise, O Lord! Let not man prevail;
let the nations be judged before you!
20 Put them in fear, O Lord!
Let the nations know that they are but men! Selah

Psalms 149
1 Praise the LORD! Sing to the LORD a new song, his praise in the assembly of the godly!
2 Let Israel be glad in his Maker; let the children of Zion rejoice in their King!
3 Let them praise his name with dancing, making melody to him with tambourine and lyre!

This is an honor for all his godly ones. Praise the LORD!

Isaiah 63:1-6

1 Who is this who comes from Edom, in crimsoned garments from Bozrah, he who is splendid in his apparel, marching in the greatness of his strength? “It is I, speaking in righteousness, mighty to save.”
2 Why is your apparel red, and your garments like his who treads in the winepress?
3 “I have trodden the winepress alone, and from the peoples no one was with me; I trod them in my anger and trampled them in my wrath; their lifeblood spattered on my garments, and stained all my apparel.

4 For the day of vengeance was in my heart, and my year of redemption had come.
5 I looked, but there was no one to help; I was appalled, but there was no one to uphold; so my own arm brought me salvation, and my wrath upheld me.
6 I trampled down the peoples in my anger; I made them drunk in my wrath, and I poured out their lifeblood on the earth.”

The Beast from the Sea in Revelation 13:1-10 is the same as the fourth Beast Described in Daniel 7!

Here are the 3 scriptures that describe the Beast’s destruction!
 Daniel 7:11-12, Revelation 19:20-21 & Revelation 20:10:
➥ Daniel 7:11-12
11 “I looked then because of the sound of the great words that the horn was speaking. And as I looked, the beast was killed, and its body destroyed and given over to be burned with fire.
12 As for the rest of the beasts, their dominion was taken away, but their lives were prolonged for a season and a time.

➥ Revelation 19:20-21
20 And the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet who in its presence had done the signs by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped its image. These two were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with sulfur.
21 And the rest were slain by the sword that came from the mouth of him who was sitting on the horse, and all the birds were gorged with their flesh.

➥ Revelation 20:10
and the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
